I.

   1.4  Checks batching of antibiotic products as required with BFAD.

   1.5  Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

II.        
1.  Prepares and releases stock/s to clients/Medical Representatives.
                
     1.1  Ensures that Sales Order Form is properly  checked by  the  Accounting
                               Department.
                              
                              1.1.1  Outstanding and past due accounts of clients.
                              1.1.2  Discount and Prices
                              1.1.3  Cash Rebate and Deals
                              1.1.4  Signature of Clients

     1.2  Ensures that Requisition Slip is properly filled-up and approved before
                               the release of stocks.

     1.3  Ensure accuracy of physical count of stocks and  promotional  materials to be delivered to clients. 

2.  Ensures that all Sales Order Form and Purchase Orders are  properly filled-up and at all times complete.   

3.  Keep   stock ledgers updated regularly.

4.  Prepares requisition  for  replenishment of supplies which include Requisition Slip, Sales  Order  Form, labeling  materials and   promotional  materials  and others.

5.  Prepares  necessary  documents  for  government deliveries when so required. Ensures that all documents pertinent to such delivery are attached.

6.  Ensure that returned stock/s is/are properly recorded on corresponding Return Slip and ledger.

7.  Releases   promotional  materials  upon   the   request of  the  Sales  Manager/Supervisor and based on the purchases of the distributors.

III.      

1.  Handle Inventory, labeling, Quality Control  and  recording of  products in  the ledger.

   1.1  Keep   STRICT   INVENTORY   CONTROL  of  stocks,  supplies  and
                               promotional materials.
                             
          1.1.1  Maintains subsidiary ledgers for each product, supply and others.
          1.1.2  Keeps ledgers updated.
          1.1.3  Assists  in  receiving  and   checking  of  all  incoming  shipments, supplies and promotional materials.
          1.1.4  Set aside damaged stocks for replacement.
          1.1.5  Set aside  three (3)  retention  samples   for  every  new  batch  of product.
          1.1.6  Ensures that stock/s is/are issued out on a first-in first-out basis.
          1.1.7  Ensures that Order Slips correspond with stocks released.
          1.1.8  Conducts  quarterly physical inventory with a representative from
                                        the Accounting Department.

2.  Institutes  strict  control over  the  product/s, labels  to avoid  breakages, label wastage and product mislabeling.

3.  Sees to it that labeling schedule conforms with our priority requirements.

4.  Maintains cleanliness and order in the labeling room.

5.  Keep records of  product  documents and  ensures that all documents relating to the product are at all times complete.     
              
6.  Coordinates  with  the  printer  regarding  the  printing  of   labeling   materials, literature and/or boxes.

          6.1  Places order for additional/new label requirement.
          6.2  Supplies printer  with vital  information  such as  DR #.  Lot #,  Date of Manufacture and Expiry date.
          6.3  Ensures correctness of text on proof of labels.

7.  Performs other related task that may be assigned by the Management. 
8. Reports for work from 8:30am to 5:30 pm office time.



Requirements:

- Female
- Not more than 30 years of age
- Preferably a resident of General Santos City
- Must have attended the licensing seminars with the Food and Drug Authority
- Knowledge in inventory management a must
- Knowledgeable in documentation as well as regulatory affairs / activies as  required by FDA
- Dynamic, willing to work extended hours when necessary
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Healthcare - Pharmacy or equivalent.
