Community Livelihood and Enterprise Supervisor

This is a one (1) year project role effectively manage the implementation and delivery of SMI’s community livelihood and enterprise development programs aimed at improving quality of life within the Project’s hose and neighboring communities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise the timely and effective delivery of relevant enterprise program in the communities within the Project Area.

• Support the implementation of community-based health programs.

• Ensure all enterprise development programs are adequately supported by approved policies and systems that comply with regulatory and corporate standards. 

• Develop and oversee the implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of all community livelihood and enterprise programs.

• Identify, build, and sustain productive linkages with development partners in implementing community-based enterprise and education projects.

Key Requirements: 

• Graduate of Social Sciences particularly Business Economics, Agricultural Business, and other related degree
• At least five (5) years experience in community livelihood and enterprise development and management 
• Experience in promoting institutional and community-based development programs among indigenous and non-indigenous groups
• Highly proficient in MS Office applications
• With excellent strategic and business planning, project development, implementation, program monitoring, and evaluation

• Adept at report writing and presentation
