Responsibilities:
A BankAssure Financial Solutions Specialist (FSS) will be stationed in one of the top 300 Metrobank branches and will work hand-in-hand with the branch officers and staff to give the best possible financial solutions to their clients. He/she is responsible for generating sales through new account development and key account management of mature mass affluent clients. He/she is expected to deliver assigned sales performance goal to reach the team’s sales target. The FSS is also expected to retain quality business and maintain high level of customer satisfaction with bank partners and its customers.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
24 to 35 years old
- At least a year of sales experience in bancassurance, or 3-5 years of solid sales experience in real estate, pharmaceutical, stock trading, telecommunications, or automobile
- Has the desire to earn through variable pays on top of monthly guaranteed salary
- Has good presentation skills
- Willing to be relocated
